Refund policy

There are absolutely no refunds on commissioned artworks. All deposits for custom work are non-refundable. 

Custom Floral Orders are non-refundable after the designs are agreed upon and written consent is given to pour the epoxy. Any leftover dried flowers that do not fit into the purchased designs become property of Crafted by Rachel to use as stock flowers. 

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in phone screens and computer monitors.  Due to the nature of epoxy, no two pieces will ever be identical. 

I use only the highest quality, UV stabilized epoxy & resins. All epoxies and resins yellow over time. Keep items out of direct sunlight and avoid extreme heat to prevent premature yellowing/ambering. 

All items are meant for INDOOR USE. Pieces can be hung outside as long as they are shielded from direct sunlight, but heat and humidity may accelerate the aging process of the resin. Crafted by Rachel is not responsible for damage to pieces displayed outdoors. 

If your order arrives damaged, I will repair any damage incurred by shipping on original artworks for US customers only. International buyers are encouraged to purchase insurance.
