Shipping policy

Crafted by Rachel ships nationally with USPS and UPS.  Worldwide shipping is available through DHL International.  Please read all shipping and return rules carefully. 

1: Shipping Times

For regular orders that do not include custom artwork, processing times are 2-5 days depending on stock for both US and international orders. Arrival times are between 3-7 days for the US.

2: Payment & Addresses

Payments are processed with Shopify & PayPal using any major credit card. Please, double check your address before submitting your order. There will be several opportunities to confirm your information, and I will NOT issue refunds or re-ship orders due to incorrect addresses. 

3: International Shipping

Please be aware that DHL makes you the recipient responsible for customs duties and taxes (if any) and you should check with your local customs office to be aware of any additional fees. Crafted by Rachel has no control over any additional taxes, fees, or duties you may be charged.

International shipping times vary depending on your country and local service providers. Generally most packages arrive within 2-4 weeks. Due to COVID-19 these times have been extending up to 6-8 weeks. I only issue refunds (no replacements) for lost packages after 8 weeks. If selecting priority I recommend purchasing the insurance.
